We may also retain aggregate information for research purposes and to help us develop and improve our services. You cannot be identified from aggregate information retained or used for these purposes.
We may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated tools, or similar technologies to support our business operations, provide and improve our products and services, personalize user experiences, analyze trends, detect, prevent, or respond to fraud or security incidents, assist with customer service, and create or derive inferences from the information we collect. We do not use artificial intelligence, automated processing, or profiling to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning consumers, such as decisions relating to access to or eligibility for financial or lending services, housing, education enrollment or opportunities, employment opportunities, criminal justice, health care services, or essential goods or services, unless we provide any additional disclosures and rights required by applicable law. We may collect, use, or sell personal information for the purpose of training large language models or other artificial intelligence models. If we collect, use, or sell personal information for such purposes, we will do so only as disclosed in these Notices and as permitted by applicable law.
Where required by California or other applicable law, we will provide any additional notices, rights, assessments, or audit-related disclosures applicable to our use of artificial intelligence, automated decision-making technology, profiling, cybersecurity practices, or other high-risk processing.

There is not a common understanding of how to interpret these Do Not Track signals so, to the extent permitted by law, our Websites do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
You may set your browser or device to send an opt-out preference signal, such as through the Global Privacy Control, to signal a request to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information or a request to opt-out of the processing of your personal information for the purpose of targeted advertising. Where required by applicable law, we will recognize and process any valid opt-out preference signal by honoring such opt-out preference signal as a request to opt-out of the sale and sharing of your personal information and/or a request to opt-out of the processing of your personal information for the purpose of targeted advertising for your browser or device and any consumer profile associated with your browser or device in accordance with applicable law. For more information on opt-out preference signals, please visit https://globalprivacycontrol.org.
